When to Arrive

Spa guests should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment. Salon guests should plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to their appointment.

Scheduling an Appointment

You can call in salon or book online for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 24-hours notice. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of your booking will incur a 50% service fee. We will be taking a booking deposit to hold your appointment and if appointment is missed the deposit will be forfeited.  Group cancellations need 14-days notice. Please understand that our business and your service provider’s income are greatly impacted by missed appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

We know life gets in the way sometimes. If you are going to be late for your appointment, we kindly ask you to please notify us. To ensure every guest receives the best service, please be aware that should you be more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your service.

Cell Phones

Yes, we understand they have become part of our everyday life. At Evan Todd Salon & Spa we want to provide a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for everyone. In order that your service provider and other guests are not impacted by your personal business, we do request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and refrain from conversations on your phone during your service.

Children

We love children! For their safety, we respectfully ask for children not receiving a service to be accompanied by another adult who is also not receiving a service.

For Your Protection

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles of clothing or accessories.

Forms of Payment

We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Evan Todd Salon & Spa gift certificates and of course, cash.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for merchandise credit. We unfortunately are unable to accept returned products without a receipt. It is not possible to provide cash refunds on products, services or gift cards.

Parking

For your convenience, please use the Wabash Landing parking garage. We will validate your ticket for you!
